Make sure you are using a recent, clear photo with plain white background. Check that you downloaded the file after cropping (not before). The portal sometimes rejects photos that are too small — try a photo with more detail in the background.

Try opening the page in Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS. Make sure you have a stable connection when the page first loads (libraries need to download). After that, the tool works offline.
